What Species were those Dudes?

Okay, I've asked this question before, but never seem to get a definite answer. So I decided to post it again, and see if people know this round.


In Knights of the Old Republic 1 (Way back when, I know), you see commonly on Taris a brownish alien species. Their skin is somewhat wrinkly, and their face is scrunched. They make up the bulk of the Black Vulkar forces, and the swoop racer named 'Redros' on Taris is one of them.


In case your still clueless, these dudes:




Does anyone:

A) Know what I'm talking about

and

B) Know what species they are

as far as EU goes..hes actually a Nikto,

I know about those guys...Lucas made a "Klaatu" a "Baraada" and a "Nikto". Were they all species or actual Characters, THAT'S what I want to know.

I love using Klaatu in my D20 games, their not very well known and have some interesting racial varients. I can remember a gang of them came through the wall with a rancor once. We used affect mind on them and got them to kill the Rancor, very fun.
