Jetzt, the only scene where the CGI is not updated is the fuel room sequence. It's an animatic in that scene and is chopped up into about a million pieces. And, there is no extra slaughtering of the Separatists. The film on Disc 1 is the exact same as it was in theaters, a first time for a Star Wars DVD.
The deleted scenes are as follows:
-General Grievous Slaughters a Jedi (Grievous kills Shaak Ti, not canon) -A Plot to Destroy the Jedi -A Stirring in the Senate (Bail Organa's Office) -Seeds of Rebellion (Padme's Apartment) -Confronting the Chancellor (Delegation of 2000) -Exile to Dagobah (Yoda lands on Dagobah)
