Anubis isnt bad but anubis isnt from there universe. They use the english language but not our gods and demi gods etc... well, they speak basic, it isnt actually english, but since we would not understand what the hell they were saying, it is nicly "translated" for us |

Description: Anubis is an incredibly ancient god, and was the original god of the dead before Osiris "took over" the position. After that point, Anubis was changed to be one of the many sons of Osiris and the psychopomp (conductor of souls) of the underworld. His totem of the jackal is probably due to the fact that jackals would hunt at the edges of the desert, near the necropolis and cemeteries throughout Egypt. |

I love Egypt... I went there in July...
Anyways, Anubis was the god of embalming and the dead.
Since jackals were often seen in graveyards etc, the ancient Egyptians believed that Anubis watched over the dead.
He was the god who helped to embalm Osiris after he was killed by Seth. And therefore, he was known as the god who watched over the process of mummifying people when they died.
Priests often wore a mask of Anubis during mummification ceremonies.
Osiris was the god of the dead, and ruler of the underworld.
He was the brother and husband of Isis, and the brother of Nepthys and Seth. He was also the father of Horus. (The god of Pharoahs and my personal favourite god... probably because I have their love of birds)
As well as being a god of the dead, Osiris was a god of resurrection and crops. In fact, the ancient Egyptians believed that Osiris gave them the gift of barley, probably their most important crop.
A large temple was built to honour Osiris at Abydos.
btw... if you ever go to Egypt go to the Vally of the Kings and Horus's temple in Edfu... make sure you use a horse to get there (fucking frightening)
BTW, there was a time when I wanted to become an Egypologist... so I know alot about this shit... I even have an alabaster Horus standing over my bed...

wait wasnt hades god of the dead/underworld. but then again thats not egyptian mythology that was roman myth's sokar was basiclly the devil in eyptian myth's hades was brother of zeus but was cast down into the underworld after betrayed the gods to the titans and allowed them access to mount olympus. |

How about Darth Kronos?
Kronos was the head titan of Greek mythology, as i recall, and the greek god of time. He and the other titans were overthrown by Zeus and the other gods, as i recall, and got banished to someplace...
