I'll take some of that wine! Let's all hope that he has actually been shut down, and just isn't late on his monthly bill.
I'd like to think we all had a part in it, and I hope that's true. Oh please, please let it be the end of supershadow.

I understand everybody's displeasure with SuperShadow and some of the unethical things he has been doing but I have a different take.... Yes, I believed alot of what he said at first except for the interviews which seemed hokey..... If he is mentally ill etc., I think there should be a little tolerance. Apparently, Lucas is allowing the site to run (unless he got it shut down today) because he does not see it as a threat. It is possible that this is all the dude has to live for etc. and it is a little sad. I believe he deserves pity. I am not so much a Supershadow apologist but a person who tries to be tolerant of those who have problems etc. Stealing from other sites is not right obviously and he does deserve being flamed for that but we should also understand he is a human being with obvious problems. I think Lucas sees that and he is using kid gloves with him..... I do not condone him but I want people to see this other side. I know that I will be ridiculed for my comments but I do not think this side of the issue has been raised.

I have to say now the initial anger has died down (I only found out the truth about him yesterday) You can't help feel sorry for plenty of people.
All the others like me who believed most if not all of what he was saying, and pity for the (man) himself if his life is such that he has comitted so much time and effort into this rather large lie.

Perhapse you are right...however...and another resounding HOWEVER...I use to be a softy..a tolerant and understanding compassionate person. EVERYTHING was water under the bridge to me.....after losing EVERYTHING I OWNED to people I really cared about... People that I considered my friend would ask me to borrow my car to run to the store 3 blocks away and be gone for three hours....and I TOLERATED it....and ALL TOLERANCE EVER produced for ME was N O T H I N G.....but a big giant target on my compassionate backside with the flashing neon sign saying W E L C O M E...so all I am saying... perhapse S.S> has his little problem...so what... we all have our own little problems...that doesn't mean you or I has the right to lie and decieve others because of it...I say...Burn S.S....Burn ! NO MERCY...sorry if I don't seem compassionate... again...we now know what compassion has brought me. |

as far as feeling sorry for him, I dont care, I ignore the site, I could care less. However, I do not feel sorry for him, for being *mentally ill* he is one creative shit, so what he should have done was spent his time creating somthing of his own, instead of just taking a subject that has a large fan base, and utterly lieig out the ass about everything.

Cos I understand how " LIES and DECEPTION " effect people...I know how one lie can create such a circle of events that can be very harmful to others...that Karmic harm can spill over to others that are not even involved.. and one person once concluded that each and every person is only 7 times remeoved from every other person in the world. I seved in the Navy 15 years ago in California...and I hung out with a coupla fellow shipmates...that was 15 years ago...and 15 years later...I ran across him in a movie theater in Virginai...3,500 miles away and 15 years later ! My wife and I were in the same place at the same time 10 years before we ever met...we found out during a date ( Ironically..it was at a movie theater...and we were watching " Star Wars A NEW HOPE..the re-release with the new added scenes ) that we were at Disneyland on the same day...just 10 years later..and we met 1,500 miles away and got married and now have two incredible children...so even IF you or I never go visit that scumbags pathetic site....it can and probably WILL effect us in some way or another...hell..I don't really live that far from this IDIOT |
