[The Madet Legacy]

*Bruce sat in the meditation area of the Jedi Transport Ship, The Savior's Grace, waiting patiently for the Jedi who were assigned to accompany him to Alzoc III. Apparently, the Locals-Talz, as they were called-Refused to join the Republic, afraid that the Government will turn their people into slaves. The Council believes that there are Hidden Forces at play, and therefore sent Bruce as a Diplomat. A Jedi Master was a wiser choice than a Jedi Knight. Plus, this mission would prove useful in the training and experience in the other Jedi coming along*

[Shara]

Lirra tred silently into the meditation chamber, eyes imediately catching on the Jedi already present and studying him with mild curiosity. She had been very reluctant about going on a mission under the guidance of a Master; she prefered solo work. But she didn't have much choice in the matter. Hopefuly he wasn't as stodgy as some of the Masters were.

"Master Jedi?"

"What is it, Young Knight?"

*Sadly, the Council hadn't informed Bruce of WHO would be accompanying him on this mission. He knew most Jedi or had heard of them, which was why the Council probably didn't tell him*

[Kapar'in Va]

Kapar'in entered the Meditation chamber shortly after Lirra. "Greetings Master Madet, the Council has asked me to accompany you to Alzoc III." he stated, bowing his head. Kapar'in turned to Lirra and bowed to her. "Greetings Master Lirra."

[Shara]

"I am to accompany you as well, Master."

Lirra bowed politely, a bemused smile playing across her lips at the padawan's greeting.

"And you... Kapar'in, isn't it? That is hardly a title befiting of me. You may call me Lirra, or nothing at all, if it pleases you. I hate titles."

*Bruce laughed*

"So...You two are to come with me, eh? Now, I suppose we wait on the next member of our group! In the meantime, Sit and Meditate wiht me, or do whatever you wish in this ship. I'm sure our pilot won't mind two Jedi wandering around the halls of the ship!"

[Kapar'in Va]

"Of course, Lirra. Yes, I am Kapar'in Va." Kapar'in knelt down on the floor of the Meditation chamber and began to center himself in the Force.
"Do you know who else is to accompany us to Alzoc Master Madet?"

[Shara]

Lirra joined them, sinking crosslegged to the floor.

"I am curious as well. And eager to be off..."

She folded her hands in her lap, impatience evident.

"It is an... interesting.... task that we have before us."

"Sadly, no, I don't. The Council did not inform me of who would be going with me, so, I did not know either of you would be coming along either.

And it IS an interesting mission we have...And a difficult one. We must try our hardest to not offend the Talz while looking into rumors of a 'Puppet Master' controlling them."

Snake rushed onto the Jedi Transport ship where everyone else was.

"Uh hi...I'm a little late, methinks..."

She tried to hide her embarrassment that she was late for a mission.

[Shara]

Lirra looked up at the new arrival and smiled.

"Not quite late yet. Quite the contrary, you're right on time."

She got hastily to her feet, giving the girl a polite bow in greeting.

"Are we waiting for anyone else?"

"No, we're not. Snake, go inform the Captain that we're ready to leave now."

"Yes, Master Madet."

Snake bowed to Bruce and Lirra before going up to the Captain.

"We are ready to leave now."

"Aye, Lass! Now get back there an' get ready."

Snake felt a flicker of anger at being called "Lass", but regained control of herself and went back to the group of Jedi.

"He says to get ready."
