A single blade (open...come I say)

Nor-Lek turned off his comm, his brief was simple, find the Danthiri and bring him before the council. Easier said than done, seemingly. He placed his comm back in his robe, raising his hand to comb part of his fringe back from his eyes. He stared over the edge, keenly staring out over the speeder lanes. He would be able to track the Danthiri, with some time. First he needed to get to the street. He bent his legs, before leaping and landing on the top of a speeder.

Bornor nods, twirling his scimitars yet again. He leapt forward with frightening speed, darting from side to side before swiping across at Halan's stomach with his two scimitars.

[Halan]

*Halan jumps back several feet from the slash at his abdomine.....he lands several feet away....he plunges his hand into his coat an dpulls out several discs....three in his grip...razor sharp...he spins thme out of his fingers...they cut though the air with a faint wistle at incredible speed*

Bornor's warrior instincts told him to fall back, and he did just that. He leaned back, purposely falling onto his rear. His scimitars flew up as he did so, deflecting two of the projectiles, the other flying harmlessly above him. Once down, he immediatley pulled out a dagger from his boot, flicking it towards Halan's chest area.

[Halan]

*He falls backwards away form the attack and uses his hands to push himself away from the attack flipping over...he pulls out a heavy blaster and aims several shots at bornor...*

Bornor was surprised that this Danthiri wielded so many different weapons, but nonetheless, he would defend himself. He jumped out of the way at amazing speeds, darting from one side of the room to another, silently thanking his boots that made him move faster. He launched another projectile knife straight for Halan's stomach, hoping to score a hit. While dodging, he steadily made his way towards his opponent.

[Halan]

*Halan blocks the weapon with his blaster...it in beds itself in the blaster.....it begins to moan loudly as it becomes hot...halan has a brief idea with this crippled bvlaster...he throws it directly towards bornor....the moaning becomes louder as it explodes viciously near bornor body*

Bornor's Displacement nearly saved his life, for he was out of the way of the explosion as it rocked his fake form. With having his opponent surprised, he hoped, he leapt forward at an amazing speed, twirling his scimitars and slashing downwards at Halan's shoulders.

[Halan]

*Halan grabs the foreamr of his opponant stoping the blades barely an inch from his shoulder blades....he strains ever so slightly*

"I do hope you haven't tried your best in this duel of ours"

Instead of answering in words, Bornor flicked his wrist, sending his scimitar slashing up quickly, attempting to take the lower arm off of his opponent. Bornor had trained for years, and knew how to get out of many situations.

[Halan]

*Halan gathered his strength and used the danthri of "slideing"...his body went out of focus and in a blur he appeared behind bornor......he pulled out a dagger and stabbed at the back of bornor...not a deadly strike but something to immobilize him*

Freeing Bornor wasn't a smart thing to do, nor was attacking from behing. He rolled forward, and out of the way of the strike he felt was coming from behind. He then used his own speed to his advantage. He darted forward, his scimitars leading. He performed a basic double-thrust, but at the last second, he redirected his slashes, swiping his blades up and outwards, attempting to severe his arms off at his shoulders. He made sure he moved fast enough and was ready if his opponent attempted to grab him again.

[Halan]

*He jumps backwards as bornor moves away form his stabbing action...he jumps back several feet...he smiles and begins to buttun his coat up*

"As much fun as this is...I must do my duty"

“Oh I don’t think so,” the familiar voice came from metres behind, “and this time, you won’t get away.”
