"I cant say i did..D"

*He took a moment to try and recollect the passages they had traveled through in the event he should have to make his way back alone. Employee or not this was still a crime scene and they would only tolerate so much*

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The Doctor blinked in thought as the lift begin to move briskly upward.*

"Hmmmm....Intruiging."

*It took only moments for the lift to reach its destination. The lift beeped then notified they were on the 75th floor -- Engineering. The doors open and Zander exited to an empty hallway with a security door at the end of it.*

"Engineering. Here you can find the parts you need for your tinkering experiments."

*The door opens with a whoosh and the lights turned on. The huge lab was empty, and ripe for the picking.*

"I trust you'll have no trouble indulging yourself."

*He smiled and took a moment to gaze around the lab, top quality equiptment everywhere, a Crafters dream. He turned to notice the security door and went to work on the computer systems, dismantleing them for parts and eraseing their files afterwards as he spoke*

"Not at all. Do you know whats behind that door?"

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The Dcotor eyes the door carefully. He pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose quickly.*

"This....isn't my department. I have no idea what's behind the door, nor how to get past it. You're welcome to try opening it."

*The Doctor looks around the room carefully...*

"Just be careful, I don't know what devices are guarding it."

[Ryu Kitana/Dominic Trayce]

"Well, then lts find out."

*With that, Ryu stepped over towards the door and began tapping buttons on the keypad only to fail at opening it.*

"Hm.."

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*Zander looks at his wrist watch, and looks up to the hidden camera in the side of the room. He began to shuffle through some papers on a nearby desk.*

"Hmmm...now where did the good Doctors Batts and DeHart put their statements.....those two are so absent-minded"

*The security system had activated and had focused on the clearest target, Zander. He looked over to Ryu motioning towards the cameras.*

"I need to get those invoices to Financial branch soon so they can be posted."

*The Doctor walked towards the other side of lab continuing to shuffle through papers humming to himself.*

*Ryu took notice of the camera and began to move towards it casually, this happend for only a moment when he realised his attire, an armed Modern day Ninja in a Laboratory? psh. He drew his sword quickly. The sound of the blade scraping against the scabbard as it was unsheathed rang out through the room with a pitch that could scramble the minds of normal men. The camera stared him in the face now, The Ninja's Emerald eyes glistened brightly, more radient than Emeralds, that was the last image the camera recorded as the blade of Ryu's sword slashed swiftly through the camera slicing it in two.

He looked at Zander who he expected to see bewildered at his rather straight foward acts and spoke before the Building Employee could*

"It looked at me funny."

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The Doctor looked at his companion with mild amusement.*

"It does that from time to time...."

*He continued to walk casually around the lab running his hand over the smooth counter-tops dusting them off. While he rubbed his fingers together he began tot hink of what could possibly be unfolding levels upon levels beneath them in the medical lab. Zander smiled to himself as he thought, but then casually tucked that away....he had to focus on the now*

"Well, now that one of the camera's have been destroied, im pretty sure whoever is down there know's that something's up"

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The Doctor nods*

"Most likely...we have to be brief."

[Ryu Kitana/Dominic Trayce]

"Lets go then."

*Ryu began to walk foward, before he pauses and turns to Zander after realiseing his lack of navigational skills in the area*

"Um. You lead the way."

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The Doctor gave a slight chuckle and walked forward towards the Lift...*

"Next Stop, Bio-Chemistry...."

*He gave a slight gulp at the thought of walknig into the Lion's Den. This stranger had no idea that Zander was actually a noted Bio-Chemist here in the facility, or for that matter, a Doctor. All he knew was he was just some snazzed-up, smooth talking, nerdy, accountant-type figure, who was leading him where he needed to go, and perhaps a trap.*

"You might want to stay close for this next area. It may get a litte...crowded."

*The doors to the lift whoosh open and the two ente rthe chamber. With a push of a button the doors close and the long decent underground began.

The Bio-ChemistryLab was home to some of the most advanced forms of medicines. Doctors like Zander spend countless hours in the lab only to end the day one step further then they were the previous day. Antitdotes, Posions, and other crazed formulas were experimented with here, and seeing as one little leak could wipe out a third of Coruscant's population, the scientists are contained well below street level.

The Lift continued plummeting downward for what seemed like ages. Although, to Zander, it was jsut another day at the office.

Authorities had already locked up the Bio-Chemistry level with a HAZMAT team as the lift door opened. "Glow-worm"(as they are called)Scientists were scanning the area for whatever poison had trapped and killed these scientists.

As the turbolift door opens Zander takes the lead.*

"Stay Close."

*He whispers back to Ryu. He walks forward and takes a lab coat. He puts it on and walks into the clear glass chamber seperating the Lab and the entrance way, and is dosed in some clouded white smog. The smoke siezes and Zander steps out the opposing door.*

*Ryu watched and payed close attention to his surroundings and the other people in the room, some of which looked up from thier work to take into account his attire which bared resemblance to that of an Assassinas garbs. He responded to their glances with a sharp stare of his own which sent them back to their work.

In order to seem a bit less threatning he himself removed a Lab coat from its hook and slipped it on over his clothing. the only thing that seemed out of place now was the sword that purturded from his back, though one cannont always be perfect.

He followed Zander, into the room where the doors shut and airlocked and he too was flooded with a white smog, a steralisation procedure he assumed. the smog cleared and the doors unlocked again and he stepped out to stand beside Zander who appeared quite comfortable with his surroundings. And whispered in reply*

"Roger that"

[Dr. Zander/Miles]

*The head investigator noticed the two standing there surveying there surroundings and approaches the gentlemen.*

"Excuse Me. You two. You can't be here this is a..."

*Zander moved with a brisk yet easy going speed as he flashed his identification badge to the Detective.*

"I'm Dr. Naramis Zander. I'm a Bio-Chemist here at the facility. Might I ask you what's going on?"

*The Detective stopped dead in his tracks. He let loose a disappointed sigh. He was obviously a guy who gets off on pulling rank on civilians, but here...The Doctor had every right to know what was going on in his lab.*

Ahhh...Dr. Zander...it seems your colleagues here had a little accident...

*The investigator stepped aside to show three individuals in labs coats stretched out across the floor the skin slighty discolored...The Dr. took a step back with a slight gasp.*

"My Lord! What happened!?"

"We don't know yet, but the HAZMAT team has determined it must have been a...uhh...what was it again?

"A quickly evaporating chemical agent..."

*Chimed a scientist decked out in the Blue Protective clothing the HAZMAT team wears that dubs them the nickname "Glow worms."*

"Yea....yea that's it...."

*Zander smiled he was going to have fun with this. He stepped forward to address the Detective again.*

"Really? *he pauses* Which one?"

*The Detective let out a long sigh as he looked around the room. He was starting to sweat a little he was a fish out fo water here. The only thing he could comprehend was "Murder." He turns to the scientists behind him.*

Which one of those....umm....thingys....

*The same scientist as before stops and looks to him somewhat frustrated, or so it would seem.*

We don't know! That's what we're trying to find out!

*The Glow worm went back to work shaking his or her head. The detective looks back slightly agitated...he looks to the amused Doctor, who was toying with him. The Detective assumed leadership again, time for some questions.*

"Now...erhemm... *he looks to Ryu and notices the sword* Who's your friend?"

*The Doctor looks behind him and sees Ryu's sword sticking out. He raises his eyebrows slightly and turns back to the detective.*

"His name is Ryu from the Shadurian clan of Nightblade. He's here to help me take somethings. You see, I was rellocating some work of mine to a seperate lab. As you may, or may not, know when certain chemicals mix...the results can be, as you may say, 'Not to good.'"

*The Detective narrowed his eyes.*

"Shadurian, eh? Why's he got a sword on him?"

"Why do people carry blasters on them, Detective? Protection. It just so happens that my friend here follows Shadurian tradition religously and uses blades instead of blasters."

*Zander was completely making this up, he knew nothing of Shadurian. All he knew was he had to convince this Cop to let Zander get out with what he needed.*

*Ryu stared for a moment at the Naramis who's true profession was quite appearent. Something seemed out of place, either that or so incredibly perfect it would be considered unnatural. Bio-Chemist, leaving the area after the incident. His reaction to the scene...

His Emerald gaze locked onto the eyes of the Dective who was seemingly disturbed by its intensity, began to shift uneasily*

"Dr.Naramis is entirely correct. Though if you prefer a ranged weapon, i have stars and a Shell fireing Handgun."

*By this time the Detective looked as if he would arrest him on the spot simply for carring such weapons onto a crime scene without a Government Rank or Authorisation, though was easied from doing so when Ryu spoke again*

"Im simply here to assist and protect Dr.Naramis here in the event that another tragive incident should accur. Great Minds were lost today, seeing another lost would be unbareable would it not?"
