Bounties...

With the cash (And shop) a system gone, killing for bounties is only a token thing, I was thinking about putting in another form of bounties and here is my idea:

Create a neutral bounty company, they allow anyone to collect (Even people with bounties on themselves) and the reward is 'Rep points'.
Now an admin or a fully recognized faction leader (Eg, Jetzt, owner of Uialtum Station, ect.) or Jedi Council members (Or whoever is controlling the area at the point in time) can assign bounties though this and say "Killing Z you shall get X amount of rep points."

The use of rep points is that it is used to buy items (Eg, Vibrosword could cost 5 rep points).
Of course there is NPC bounties placed up by the mod/admin.

It can be done with credits. The shops aren't there but admins will sell you items. You can kill for money. Let's not have tons of Jedi posting bounties though. Be realistic. What Jedi would post a bounty on someone? Jedi seem to do their own work and would want to ensure prisoners were captured unharmed or as unharmed as possible so they could stand trial. No bounty hunters can be completely trusted to send someone unharmed. There are a few that you can trust, but posting a bounty doesn't seem very Jedi like to me.

going a bit freelancer wise ashido? I know this can work. I know how this system would work

but there would have to be a rogue system or criminal factions. (Corsairs, The order, Rogues, Junkers)

Heh, not exactly freelancer. The rep system, anyone can collect on the bounty no matter who they are - All it is a currency that people buy items (Plus it also stimulates RPing ^_^).
I doubt Jedi Council members would go spamtastic on putting bounties on people (I was more of thinking they would put bounties on Jedi who have killed without permission or something like that) and they place the rules (Or whoever is in charge)...

Well I'm in the process of setting up a base shop. Basically this is the price of what things are in the galaxy, so whenever you buy something anywhere you spend the saad amount of money, even if it is bought in RP.
