Well, that depends. If you were a Jedi Master BEFORE you fell, then you would have had a very good grasp on the teqniques, and most of them would be things you would want to remember, lightside or no. Lots of them aren't just 'light side'. Like Speed, it would be illogical to say only a lightsider could use it. A sith would find it handy too. There for, he'd remember it.
