I PMed twenty people with that... geez sorry I didn't realise it was against the rules. I have recieved invitations to other sites over this site before too, so how was I to know any different?

Okay. If that was in the Rules Board and I hadn't read that, that is fine and I accept punishment. But I don't accept that because it is not in the Rules section, just a sticky in the Off-Topic Area and I don't go to the Off-Topic Area that much so how am I supposed to know? That's not really my fault...
It's like man-slaughter; sure, I killed the bastard but it was an accident; sure, I broke the rules but I had no idea because the rules I had to obey were not in the bloody rules board.

I'm not mad or anything. I accept that I should have read every sticky in every board and that I have broken the rules, I am just trying to say that I didn't realise there were rules elsewhere.

 I don't get the bigdeal........proboards is a free service. But Terran is right you guys should have like rules on just on thread its less confusing............I would of done the same mistake.

There are many reasons why we dont want people advertising one is because if people start to leave it can mess up storylines... also its unfair to use something which someone else has spent so much time and effort into to just use it as your soapbox.
every RP site ive ever been on has always had a rule about on advertising other boards.
