BTW there is no Sentinel in D20. Maybe the admins will change this.
Here are my ideas
Jedi guardian= Sith Berserk (Instead of getting 3 guardian force feats at levels 1-3 give them others...Rage, hatred and alter) Other than than that mimic the guardian
Jedi Consular= Sith Dread master (same as consular except Consular are good with diplomacy, but the dread master could receive frightful presence and use more intimidation skills)

if the Admins wish I can make them exactly balanced.
Just lemme know and I will get started on converting them. After I will show them to the admins for final apporval.

The rank "Dark Knight" is the equivalent of Jedi Guardian, Jedi Sentinel and Jedi Consular...We dont need others.
