Maybe it would be a good idea to have somewhere that RPers can "Store" their fleets and maybe even have some way that people can generate ships?
It would aleast let opponents know where they stand.

What i mean is having some system that controls the creation of ships/fleets.

Not really, maybe the faction leaders could be the ones who deceide who gets to command fleets and the like?

not a bad idea, but probably like Dex said difficult to do... at the mo there is nothing stopping the factions like having loads of ships and just creating them when the need it

there should be a rule that says you have to do the RP before you get a fleet - i did the RP to get my fleet and army but i rarely see anyone else do it.
Aswell as the fact that there isnt a rule that says you have to "declare" what your fleet/army consists of. Which means that people are more likely to make things up on the spot if a battle aint going their way.
