Religion: They believe that within the Outer Rim lies 5 holy temples of the Ancients and one "Reclaimer" will go to each temple and become the "Arbiter" of the galaxy to choose who is wrong and right or vanquish them.
Culture: They believe in death one can find enlightenment so they have their prisoners face off in gladitorial combat.
History: The Lokaiin are very great race known for there physical and philosophical attributes. Though they are known in stories, The Lokaiin had to flee the Inner Rim because of a disease that threatened their masses. They retreated to a Island paradise planet where thay founded a new wave of technology.
Technology: Plasma weapons that they have forged with crystals found near an island volcano. They have armor that produces a energy dampening field and a matter disprupiton field. There melee weapons have plasma blades that extend in almost impossible ways. The crystals found in the volcanos can be infused to lightsabers.
