Some kids would wish that they didn't have a family - that their mothers and fathers would disappear when it's convenient for them. But do those children really know what they're wishing for? What would happen if the only people who would love them unconditionally... disappeared?
This is the case for the young Echani boy known as Locke Silverfang. Born on Coruscant, the first six years of his life were pure enjoyment. He had a family, friends, and practically anything that his heart desired. That was until his families chance meeting with Sai Kurinos, a seemingly innocent traveler.
They quickly found out that Sai was not as 'innocent' as he seemed. As soon as he got the family alone, he revealed who he truly was - A Sith master. He had taken an interest to the child, Locke, and demanded that he be handed over. When his mother and father refused, they were murdered.
Ten years of 'training' under the sadistic Sith followed. When he disobeyed or failed in a mission, he was given what Sai called 'shock therapy.' As you might have guessed, this involves being paralyzed and taken to near-death with Force Lightning. As the years rolled on, however, he began to develop a sort of... immunity to the pain.
Other things began to grow on him at that point. For instance, Sai's reckless slaughtering of innocents when he went out on his 'missions.' Locke became more and more emotionally unstable until one day he decided that enough was enough. He struck down Kurinos in his sleep and stole the Sith's vessel - a G-Wing. The Echani boy left the planet behind and wandered in space for nearly two days. After what seemed like forever, he crash-landed on the planet of Ryloth. On the ground, Locke found everything he needed to survive - food, water and shelter in the form of a Dark Jedi enclave...
...That didn't last long, however. Because the Dark Jedi all suddenly died. Or disappeared. Or something.
