Remember back in ROTJ when Vader and Lukes bladesmade an X in fromt of the emporer? In ROTS, Anakin and Dooku's blades make that same X on the coruscant ship.

It hasnt been confirmed yet... although it is in the RotS game... it may nnot be in the movie.
70% Sure it will be though.

From the way they attack each other in the trailer, it seems that it is likely to have them cross in front of Chancellor Palpatine.  |

its exactly the same thing that the palpatine is doing, in RoTJ he is pitting his old apprentice against the younger one he hopes to be his apprentice, ie Vader vs luke and in RoTS he pits Dooku vs Anakin

There is an article in Premier magazine where Lucas says that there are a lot of images, themes that repeat throughout both trilogies (ie the lightsaber battles, luke and anikin both losing a hand to the Emperor's current apprentice, etc).
