History: Born on the planet Anaxes to an aristocratic family, Trageus seemed destined for great things. He was educated at the famed Aylesgate Military Academy graduating first in his class with top honors and a special citation for bravery for saving an entire training class during a freak storm in the mountains. As an Ensign aboard the Anaxian battleship the HMS Warrior He saw combat during the Mandalorian war and quickly rose through the ranks due to his grasp of tactics and ability to lead. Later at the rank of Captain he saved an entire Anaxian-Republic battle group from certain destruction at the hands of the Mandalorians by recognizing the distress call for the fake it was and preparing his vessel for combat rather then a rescue mission. Though the injuries he received in that battle made it impossible for him to continue in the military service he was awarded one of the highest medals in the Republic, was knighted by the Queen of Anaxes and granted membership in the Order of the Azure Guard, an ancient order of knights that proudly state they predate the Republic dating back to the Azure Imperium, an Axum-centered stellar nation that was later absorbed into the nascent Republic. Though older now and not as agile considering the limp he walks with (though the cane he carries often seems unnecessary), he still cuts a dashing figure in the halls of the Republic Senate. He takes the Anaxes saying 'Defender of the Core' very seriously and is a hawkish hard-nosed senator who is not afraid of asking the hard questions regardless the feathers he ruffles or the toes on which he steps.
