Lost in a Big Galaxy (Open)

*Jag tilted his head back and forth, taking in all the people in his surroundings, noticing everybody and sizing them all up, the most threatening to least*

Erebos smiled to himself as he felt the smaller man (ooc Aelous) struggle to reign in his emotions.

But the taller man interested him more. He had entered the bar with a purpose. Something in his bearing told Erebos that he was looking for something. Or someone...

He shook his head at the tipsy jedi and pulled his hat back down over his eyes.

"Suit yourself. Just remember I warned ya."

He tosses some credits to the bartender and gets up. It was just then that the little jawa had made his move for his crossbow. Turnning around, Al grabbed the jawa and lifted him up.

"Find some other prey, thief. Touch it and you'll be finding it hard to steal again with only one hand."

The jawa jabbers away and when put down runs out of the bar. Alcarin pulled his coat around and buttoned it before moving towards the exit. He looked around the bar and saw a few persons he didn't recognize. There was the smell of sith in the air too. Those wretched beasts didn't deserve to live. He held as much love for them as his master, Ranka.

*The visual image of the room shifted inside Jag's head to focus on the man off to the side. The man was staring at him, Jag gave him a little nudge through the Force to let him know he was watching him and shifted the room back to the two deep in conversation. The one short man, and the other carrying a primitive crossbow. The man with the croosbow had gotten up and started toward the exit.*

[glow=red,2,300]::Not a Jedi...Ahhh, you are a Nem'Vaah::[/glow] Erebos thought to himself. He had heard scattered rumors of their existance in the galaxy. Certainly not a threat to the glory of the Sith Empire.

"Only a Nem'Vaah would wield a crossbow." Erebos muttered to himself, his thoughts touching on the lightsaber hooked to his belt. "How barbaric. What could he possibly want here in Hutt-space."

He shook his head with disgust as a Jawa tried to rob the stranger. With a slight wave of his hand, he gestured to the waitress for another drink.

He heard the comment and stopped before walking out of the door. His fists were clenched as he turned around and eyed the source of the statement made under his breath.

"Only a Sith knows when not to keep his mouth shut as well."

Any information he would have gotten on the whereabouts of the Queen of Onderon was now lost in this cantina. He wouldn't risk her safety by finding out anything the Sith could use against them.*

*His minds eye once again shifted over to the sith and listened to the words said AND thought by both the man with the crossbow and the sith*

*Jag's hand rested upon his back, near his saber staff hidden under his black robes, ready to bring it out at any second*

A wry smile spreads across Darth Erebos' face. "I meant no offense Nem'Vaah. I did not think your kind truely existed."

Erebos gestured to the empty seat across from him.

Please join me. I have to admit, I find your armorment most fasinating."

Erebos pointed to Alcarin's crossbow

Fratranizing with the enemy. Well, Ranka wasn't here and this talk could prove interesting and helpful. He made his way over to the seat and pulled his crossbow out and set it on the table before sitting down. His hand went to the crossbow and pulled it in front of him as his eyes met those of the pasty faced Sith (Sorry...gotta have fun with you guys).

"There's alot you can find out if you ever quit thinking of yourselves and your lust for power. Now what is it you want?"

He smirked at the question.

"Let's put it this way. Persons whose armor is lightsaber resistant can still get a nice arrow through the skull and do more damage than a blaster bolt. Sometimes what is tried and true is better than technology."

Tilting his head slightly back so that his hood slipped off, Erebos revealed his face to the Nem'Vaah in front of him (pasty faced my ass! ). His scarred visage startling a few of the patrons around his table. Placing a clawed hand upon the table, Erebos smiled. "You are most correct Nem'Vaah. But that is no matter. You can ask 100 people about weaponry and get 100 answers."

Erebos paused as the waitress placed 2 drinks on the table. "As long as it gets the job done, no? I was only curious as to what brought you here to the Sith's neck of the woods. You are not looking for something are you? Someone?"

He narrows his eyes at the battle hardened man sitting before him as he pushes the drink away from him. There was no way he would accept a drink from an enemy.

"Information only. Word gets around Nar Shaddaa quicker than anywhere else ever since the traitor Jedi turned Empress took over the Republic. Funny you mention Nar Shaddaa as your space though. Last time I heard, it was owned by the Hutts."

Erebos smiled to himself as he noted the Nem'Vaah's vague answer. Shrugging, he replied"Semantics. Without us, and the traitor Jedi turned Empress, as you so delicately put it, the Hutts would not have nearly the influence they have now. So then, what brings you to Hutt space? Perhaps I can be of some assistance. Do not let my pretty face fool you. Not all Sith are as single minded as you presume."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

"The day I take help from the Sith will be the day I take my last breath. No deal. Now if there was nothing else you wished to waste my time with..."

He grabs his crossbow and starts to stand up.

OOC: I know he can be an ass at times...hehee. That's one thing I love about this character. If it were Ranka, he'd have you against the wall...lol
