Shara stalked briskly through the Merchant sector, a swirl of dark robes as she slid her way through the crowds. Oh how hated this place.... best to get in and out quickly...
She was jerked out of her moody thoughts at the sight of the child and his companion, both looking very out of place. Particularly the child...

*The child looked up at the woman with giant eyes...his white hair covering most the soft features of his face, even for a young kid he was unusually handsome. He was a little suprised anyone would care on this hell-hole of a planet... While the other, apparently his supervisor, was not much older. Probably around the range of 16 to 19. His own features a little more harsh, even for his age, it was clear he had either been in many fights, or just got beat up a lot. Both were short, and looked at her...ackwardly...* "Well...we're resting..." ooc: and thank you for posting...this thread kinda died, and its all good about the slowness lol  |

Shara crouched down in front of the child, the better to look at him... and found her self staring rather openly. The two couldn't have been more different... and she was fairly certain she knew why.
"Nor is it a safe place to be resting. Where are your parents?"

"An orphan?" Shara felt a pang of sympathy. "Abandoned?" She looked at the older boy, seeking confirmation.
It was the conclussion she imediately jumped to. He was a boy, a man child. If she was right about what he was, that made him... expendable. Sad, but true. Even she had to admit that sometimes her kind was over judgemental.

Shara smiled softly. How best to explain it to one so young? He probably didn't even know what 'race' was.
"I do believe we are of the same species... that would explain... certain similarities. We aren't exactly unique when it comes to looks."
