BAC: Unfortunately, that has never been stated before. I wish it was, because it would make for an interesting story. Then again, it also adds to their mystery.
edit: ah man, that sucks. at least we know that mace created the vapaad style

Ki-Adi-Mundi's height: 1.98 meters
Nute Gunray's height: 1.89 meters
Both were played by the same actor. Do the math.

BAC: That's difficult to tell, really. The Jedi Code states that you cannot have a relationship where you form an attachment to the other person. What is allowed, however, is consenuel relationships. The Jedi Order could care less if a Knight left the Temple one night to go shack it up with the hot Twi'Lek he met at the Outlanders Club. In the case of Anakin Skywalker, they knew there was a relationship with Padme Amidala, and I am sure they knew it was true love and attachment, but they turned a blind eye and just said it was consenuel.
