see thats just it,, you need money to opperate, now these little groups, like pirates hijack one or two ships, just like earth pirate rule,, you NEVER wanted a big ship,, the movies and bokos screw that,, A real Pirate NEVER NEVER would take a gallion no matter what, they opted for swoops scouners, and the like because those were smaller, faster, able to go into the shallows, and outrun big military gallions

So really sure say a good bounty hunter did save enough for a capital craft, it would be worthless, he would need to pay people to help run it, and pay for everything mentioned before..which with perhaps one in a extream egotist would work, but again a bounty hunter would not want to be detected, and would normally fly a average looking cargo hauler because it would not trigger any attention
